What clients say about us
Debs, you are truly an angel with an immense wealth of knowledge and compassion. I have been gently guided by you for 3 years now on my teenage health journey, You have helped me understand the mind/gut connection and helped my body function normally again.
Your support, care and knowledge has taught me so much about myself and my own body. Your ‘Sprout It’ products are simply delicious and have gone a huge way in supporting my immune system, chronic fatigue and digestive health. I think you are amazing and I am truly blessed to have your constant guidance, both mentally and physically. Thank you x
Following a few months of travelling overseas and contracting a parasite (unbeknown at the time), I was forced to return back to South Africa as I was not able to work, or even complete simple daily tasks and therefore not having the faintest of ideas as to what was wrong with me. Multiple doctors’ appointments later, and still no answers, I was very quickly starting to lose hope. However, upon being referred to Deborah and her amazing institute I feel like I was saved.

Wow. I am so grateful for your help Deborah.
After a few years of not being understood by multiple doctors, I’m finally feeling more myself and I’m able to get back to having a busy bee life without feeling completely run down and lethargic.

I would confidently recommend Deborah to anyone who needs to walk this journey. On arrival I felt like I had arrived at a beauty salon, the room smelt wonderful, there was gentle soothing music playing. Deborah explained the process to me, answered all my questions and put my fears to rest. I could not and would not have walked this journey without her.

Thank you, Deborah, for giving me my life back! When I joined you, I was at the lowest point in my life, both physically and mentally. I had never been so ill, or felt so hopeless.
I will never forget your endless love and care, and the way you treated me with such incredible gentleness and kindness. It was your vast knowledge, and professionalism as well as your firm belief that we would succeed in this difficult journey together, that steered me back onto the path of good health. I can certainly attest to the healing benefits of this lifestyle change, and will treasure your guidance and support always.
