Following a few months of travelling overseas and contracting a parasite (unbeknown at the time), I was forced to return back to South Africa as I was not able to work, or even complete simple daily tasks and therefore not having the faintest of ideas as to what was wrong with me. Multiple doctors’ appointments later, and still no answers, I was very quickly starting to lose hope. However, upon being referred to Deborah and her amazing institute I feel like I was saved. Given my desperate state, and Deborah’s incredible reassurance, knowledge and expertise, I embarked on a journey that I will forever be grateful for. Despite not having any expectations, each and every session brought about an increase in hope and positivity which, as much as a large part of that was due to my body letting go, the majority of it was down to Deborah herself who offered nothing but encouragement, guidance and made me feel more comfortable (both physically and emotionally) than I could’ve ever imagined. Aside from successfully being able to get rid of the parasite, I have more so, been able to start living my life again. Whilst both my body and I still have a little way to go on our journey, if it were not for Deborah and this experience, there is no doubt my journey would’ve even began so for that, I am incredibly indebted to her.
